The OA Angling Club has periodic outings to local fisheries and organises an annual boat fishing trip from Donegal. There are plans to work with the Fishing in Schools organisation to introduce angling to pupils who have never tried it before. There are also links with the National Coarse Fishing Federation of Ireland who hope to run some taster sessions in the Omagh Area this year.
